About Us

Taryn Brooks and Patric Matysiewski started dreaming of Cruise Control Kitchen + Cellar in 2021.

At the convergence of “The Windy City” and “The Million Dollar Breeze” in Grand Junction, Colorado they serve Chicago-inspired cuisine and unique drinks in a relaxed, western Colorado atmosphere.

The name is a nod to their first born son, Milo Cru. He’s their Grand Cru in the adventure of parenting, and Cruise Control Kitchen + Cellar is their family’s Grand Cru in restauranteering.
